Meet The Team

Gabriel is the CEO and the brains behind the operation at 7 Pro. In addition to guiding the company's vision, he personally manages our larger, more complex jobs. He is the kind of leader who encourages doing things right the first time, always looking out for the best interests of everyone involved—from clients to colleagues and his entire team. His goal has always been to provide top-tier construction services through a customer-first approach. Outside of running the business, Gabriel is a dedicated family man raising a "boys club" of three, and he loves nothing more than unplugging to spend quality time with his family.

As the wife of our CEO & Founder Gabriel, Kamila brings a much-needed touch of creativity and feminine emotion to the 7 Pro team, balancing out the fast-paced construction world perfectly. When she isn't helping shape the company, she's busy adventuring through the "blue world" as a mom to three little boys, or unwinding by diving into videos on all kinds of everyday topics. Kamila has truly never met a stranger—she's the incredibly outgoing type who will easily make a new friend just waiting in line for her morning coffee. She loves a good comfort mac & cheese or BBQ back ribs.

As our Operational Manager, working at 7 Pro is about more than just selling projects for Fernanda—it's about being part of a constantly evolving team that operates with real purpose and integrity. She loves being inspired and growing as a person. Once an avid soccer-player, she now spends her free time traveling the world through series and documentaries, always looking to learn and find new perspectives. When the weekend hits, it’s all about “creative idleness”—whether that means sleeping in to recharge, heading down to the beach to unwind, or grabbing her favorite food, salmon temaki.

For Lara, working at 7 Pro is all about getting things right from the start. She handles the crucial bureaucratic steps—like securing permits, managing COIs, and ensuring compliances—so clients can avoid issues and move forward safely from day one. Off the clock, she taps into her creative side by playing the guitar or indulging her slight obsession with police investigation shows—if there’s a mystery involved, she’s watching it. And for the ultimate comfort food, Lara swears by Brazilian strogonoff topped with plenty of crispy potato sticks.

For Eduarda, the best part of being at 7 Pro is bringing clarity and organization to the day-to-day. Overseeing the company's finances, she loves making sure everything is perfectly aligned so both the team and our clients know they are in completely safe hands. Outside of work, Eduarda is a seasoned traveler who has visited 15 different countries. When she's off the clock, though, her perfect weekend is all about keeping it simple—relaxing at the beach, hanging out with her dog, and enjoying a good sweet treat to recharge.

Fabio's favorite part of working at 7 Pro is being hands-on in a client's renovation journey and turning their ideas into reality. He expertly manages our small and medium jobs, bringing 8 years of experience and a special passion for tile work to deliver a beautiful final result. When he’s not building dream spaces for clients, he’s usually working on his own home renovation projects or challenging himself to learn a new language just for fun. On the weekends, Fabio loves breaking out of the normal routine to spend quality time at the park with his family or grab tickets to a completely random movie at the theater!

Christo's favorite part of being at 7 Pro is being the calm in the storm. He loves listening to clients when they're stressed, helping them feel understood, and making that final follow-up call to hear how happy they are with the results. When he’s off the clock, Christo likes to mix things up—unwinding with board games and competitive Esports, or getting outside for a hike or a park run. He’s a guy of many talents who is currently studying to become an electrician and spends his weekends running a local church youth group.

For Bjorn, the best part of being at 7 Pro is taking what could be a stressful renovation nightmare and turning it into a dream home for our clients. Outside of work, he brings that same high energy to his everyday life. He’s a massive sports fanatic (especially rugby, MMA, and Arsenal FC) and stays active 6 to 7 days a week, mixing it up between the gym, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and padel. On the weekends, you’ll find Bjorn spending quality time with his daughter and family, and catching all the big sporting events.

With decades of hands-on experience, Daniel brings an incredible depth of knowledge to the 7 Pro team. Born in New York and raised in Germany, he started his career as a truck driver before discovering his passion for mechanical and contracting work. As our licensed Plumbing and HVAC Supervisor, he ensures all mechanical work on our projects is done flawlessly. But Daniel isn't just about the tools! For years, he and his two sons built competitive car stereos, even getting their insanely loud van featured on the show MythBusters! These days, he trades the loud bass for quality time with his five granddaughters.

For Renato, the most rewarding part of working at 7 Pro is taking a complicated problem and turning it into a simple, stress-free solution. There's nothing better for him than seeing a client finally feel clear and at peace with their project. Outside of work, Renato is always looking to grow—whether he's reading, brainstorming new ideas, or just spending quality time with his family. Believe it or not, he’s a dedicated early bird even on the weekends! He loves kicking off his days off with a quiet morning coffee and a solid plan before firing up the grill for a classic family BBQ.

Malachi’s favorite part of working at 7 Pro is building systems that amaze people. He focuses on refining our internal processes and leading our tech development, always finding new ways to automate everyday tasks and make technology work seamlessly for the team. When he’s not glued to his laptop, he’s out climbing a mountain with his wife, reading a good book, or serving at his church.

Laisha is the creative force behind our online presence, handling all of 7 Pro's social media management and design work. She loves finding aesthetic and engaging ways to share our clients' renovation journeys with the world. Whether she is designing fresh graphics or managing our digital footprint, she keeps the 7 Pro brand looking sharp.
